So should I just split the differance and Take it 1&1/2 hours early the first day? I split my dose 10 units at 9 a.m. &8 units at 9 p.m. We will be there for 5 nights.

I know, check with my Doctor, and I will, but I would feel better hearing from you all first. I hate to fly anyway, and this is really freaking me out! HELP!

One way to do it is to not change the dose and just change the times back 3 hours (or whatever the time difference is) So take at 12 and 12. (if you think you will be awake to do it. This is how I used to handle small time changes 1 or 2 hours. I suppose it would work for 3. Much more than that you might want to do some dosage adjustments.
