Back into the Routine

Well, this is my forth day back exercising after a long break due to nausea. I have been walking three time daily at 1 miles or 1.5 miles on varied routes.
So far it is going well but very hard work. No dramatic lows or highs. And the insulin is working so much more effectively that I have reduced my basal and bolus.
Hoping to be back in better shape by the time I return to work at the beginning of November. Its a 2.7 mile hike to work so I will need to be in good shape to get there and and back. Only return to work initially three night per week, averaging 26 hours or so. All together I should be back to walking 15 miles a week minimum in a couple of weeks.

Feeling a lot better and can't wait to build my fitness back.

Peace

Rich
