Lack of motivation to do something you love, and feeling tired all the time can be signs of depression. Add the winter-blues on top of that,......maybe it's not depression in your case, but it's something to think about. Having said that though, I think everyone goes through stages of not wanting to exercise. I haven't done much all Summer, but I'm trying to get back into the exercise routine this Fall. Good luck! (with the move too!)
