Blood Glucose variation wheather it is high or low can cuase this complication.

Mark, It's like this like it is deireareable to have a constant BG and be active and eat properly and get to enjoy real food!! But first get yourself a BG meter and you will get to lern about what works for you. What you can eat and exersice and water!! Drink plenty of it.

As for the fat, Whell you know what to do, Do you?
