Got my results today
A1c 5.1.. (last 5.2)
trigs 0.46 (0.45-2.29)
hdl 2.38 (>110)
ldl 0.8 (<4.4) can't wait to see my docs face when she sees this as her eyes roll back in her head when I mention my saturated fat intake.. (not that it's all that much, but I prefer butter to olive oil...)
Am very happy as this is my 1 yr anniversary of starting insulin coming up and I have just come back from a holiday and been quite a bit more relaxed about my bg and testing recently, trying to eat a few more carbs, plus have cut down on my hypo's and even mild hypo's.... must admit I was expecting a slightly higher A1c..ya just never know with this disease.....now if I can beat the belly and butt I will be golden...lol...
