Congratulations

You've probably already done so, but ensure you have all your diabetes supplies packed in case of a long labour; she won't thank you for going hypo if you don't have snacks to hand. 43 hours my wife took with child #2.... I was completely wiped out and I wasn't doing much apart from hanging around and trying to be encouraging.

Children are great fun. The first few weeks are pretty tough whilst you adjust, but you will both sleep again. It just doesn't feel like it at first.
