This sounds very very similar to my case a few years ago. I was told that my situation was a form of a eating disorder. I didn't think so then but reflecting back on it, i realise that it was a eating disorder...self abuse. I am not diagnosing you with eating disorder because I am definatly not a Dr. nor am i close to being one...:P ...but could this be a possiblity?

How are your BS? Are they on the high side? The symptoms you have are what i had, light headedness, intolerance to heat, odd flashes of light and more. No matter how much i ate, i would never gain weight, just like you. I just kept losing weight. Seeing the pounds go down for me was great! I thought i looked better and better each day. I wasn't intentionally cutting back on my insulin and i didn't realise how messed up my body was getting until I had to be rushed into emergency for extreme ketoacidosis. I was in the hospital for quite some time.

When you eat whatever you want, not exercise much, and sleep for hours and hours without backing it up with enough insulin, your sugars will spill over into your urine and therefore you will lose weight. By not supporting your body with enough insulin causes body tissues to dissolve and be flushed out in urination. This is extremly dangerous!

IF this is the case PLEASE becareful and you MUST seek help ASAP and you must improve on your lifestyle.

I hope you find out what is going on with your health. I hope what i went through is not what you are going through right now. I wish you the very best! If there anything i can do to help please let me know!
