hi peter! it depends on the weather for me too...in winter i prefer it hot. i used to love hot ovaltine with tons of marshmallows. that was b4 diabetes...last itme i had it as a diabetic-it spiked my bgs!

i found me some carb free chocolate syrup-it's made with splenda. i have it with cold milk. i never really cared for hot chocolate milk made with syrup...but there are a couple of recent recipes for hot chocolate here somewhere that i wanna try! trish
