Adding milk prevents the absorption of cocoa's valuable antioxidants. And cocoa is the highest of all foods in antioxidants, so it's tops for your health.

Try this recipe:
EQUAL amounts of unsweetened, non-alkalinized cocoa and Splenda. (Any amount, just make sure they're pretty much in the same amount.)

Mix the two when dry, then add water to desired consistency, that's all! You can make unbelievably delicious fudge sauce OR a cocoa drink, depending on how much water you add. Heat them or serve them cold. We have hot fudge sauce on sweetened yogurt every night.

Just make sure that your cocoa is unsweetened, non-alkalinized...otherwise known as Dutch processed. Alkalinization destroys the antioxidants.

P.S. I have a lot of such recipes. Want me to copy them here??
