YES!!
Stay away from the sugar free junk!!
These companies are merely using the public as their long term laboratory.
These chemical sugars have no means of matabolizing in your body.
Eat a bit less of real food, as a trade for regular portion with sugarfree.
I have no real evidence or example of sugarfree being related to your problem, but in principle, sugarfree is really bad choice.
Real food makes real body material like brain, muscles, bones.
Sugarfree chemicals that cannot metabolize have no means of satisfying hunger or any nutritional yearning in your body, hence the sky is the limit for problems from sugarfree.
I saw a can of sugarfree cherry pie filling in the store and was interested in purchasing, until I read the ingredients containing suralose.
I avoid any/all sugarfree like plague.
Try kefir as a change for your yoghurt - exactly like yoghurt, but drinkable, and I search hard to find the whole milk full fat kefir.
DeusX will staighten me out, but as I understand it, the brain runs on fats from foods.
Run away from sugarfree. I have stayed away from sugar free for my entire diabetes life - almost 34 years now.
