| Glad to hear you made it through the night ok!! Scary thing to have happen. I used to take my lantus at work - all in one dose, I think it was 30 or so units back then. I took it at 11am, realized I had taken my novolog/humalog (can't remember), ran into my boss' office almost crying, told him what I had done and to call the paramedics if I passed out and what to tell them, ran down to the cafeteria who was closing in 5 mins, grabbed 2 bottles of OJ, came back up to my desk and figured out how many carbs I would need to offset the 30 units of humalog I just took. The lowest I ended up being was 60, so I was lucky!!
If it happens to you again, I would definitely try to offset it with the right amount of carbs so you're not at such risk of going low. I would have been scared if I did that at night time.
