I pop about 600mg of Benfotiamine daily, along with Vitamin Shoppe's Vitamin B Stress Formula. I used to take NewChapter's Stress Support Multi, but I couldn't feel any difference/notice any difference between it and the synthetic stuff, so I couldn't justify the cost.
