How do you keep weight up?

Thanks for all the pushing on the subject of the readings I was having. Now due to my exercise and closer scrutiny to the carbs ingested, I am loosing weight yet again.. I think my friends are right, I am finally indeed getting to look too thin. I know that isn't usually an issue here. But I started at about 194 at the beginning.. Settled about 160 or so for about 10 months, but now with the exercise and cut backs I find my self at 155 and at 6' its looking too thin. No legs, no arms to speak of, and shrunken face..
So the question becomes, with restricted food amounts and low carbs, no sugars. How in the world do you eat enough to keep from looking like a scarecrow? Any ideas would be welcome.
