I have been told that it is more dangerous to have lows than highs during pregnancy. That said, I am still trying to keep those highs down. What is your diet like? Are you exercising at all, apart from chasing your child around, running a home and generally wearing yourself ragged?
Stress will bring your numbers up as well so try to get some "me" time. Easier said than done I know but do try.
Do stay with us. It is lovely having another mum to be here.

Heather.
