I just can't believe it as for a month I have been keeping my carbs at 20 per day or less and walking 3 miles a day.
I am now walking 3.5 miles a day at a 15 min pace, this is not a walk any more it is a work out.
I am getting so frustrated as the scale seems to be frozen at 212 and will not move. I know that if I get my weight down my numbers will follow.
I know I have to keep doing what I am doing but with no progress showing it is starting to get difficult.
I am going to start checking my weight by proxy.
