Sclep, twenty carbs a day is not enough. If you cut your carb and calorie intake too low, you body goes into starvation mode. The other thing you need to consider is at your current activity level, you are burning fat, but gaining muscles. This is healthier, but your weight will not change.

Men should be taking in approximately 1800 to 2000 calories a day on a weight loss program. Up your carbs and continue your exercise. You will lose weight.

I tried a NO fat diet a couple of years ago before I went to Hawaii. I lost weight the first month and then completely stopped. I upped my exercise, cut more calories and fat and still could not budge the scale. When I told my doctor, she suggested that I was starving my body. I did as she said and increased my calories and fat in my diet, while continuing to exercise. I started losing weight again.

Good luck and good job in taking off the pounds.
