Some years ago (before I was diasnosed) I lost alot of weight and hitting a plateau is can be fairly normal. I was attending Weight Watchers and counter intuitive as it may seem, sometimes when you plateau you need to eat more in order to lose weight.

I agree with Nancy, up what you are eating, keep exercising and the weight will start to move again. Bear in mind that nobody ever puts on a lot of weight overnight, yet for some reason we expect to lose it overnight. also, don't weigh yourself too often it can be discouraging, I found (and find) that about once a week is often enough. My final tip (from my WW days) which I'm employing now that I'm back losing weight, is you need to allow yourself a treat every so often. I used to give myself a small treat (a couple of fairly plain cookies) once a week.
