I hate scales. They don't give you a good idea of your progress. Better go with (1) how you're feeling overall and (2) how you fit in your clothes. When I started going to the gym on a reg basis my body changed but not so much on the scale. I feel so much better too!

I don't know how to translate it in English... (bear with me!) ... but when losing weight you always hit a 'plateau'. Your weight doesn't move. At all. It's as if your body is trying to make sense of what's going on. Quite normal I hear. A 'plateau' can be frustrating but then again... if your weight doesn't shoot up 7 to 10 pounds all of a sudden... and you still feel good... and BG is behaving... well I say you're still doing progress!

Take good care!
