| I know I was a furnace when I was undiagnosed and eating carbs. I was loved in winter and shyed away from in the hot summer. I was on the toboggan run in Lake Placid with only a medium jacket and my buddies girlfriends were all pressed up against me as I was giving off a lot of heat.
Now that I've gone low GI, I am still warm but not a furnace. my buddies like me a lot more now that their girlfriends find me less warm
