| Hi Schlep!
As an avid Tandem Bicyclist my prferred exercise is weather dependent and it moves through the clock to the periods of the day when the combination of temperature and traffic is most comfortable. I have found no direct coorelation between when I get exercise and FBG numbers.
To me the issue is the placement of carb consumption. I find that carbs before, or immediately following (and I mean within minutes) exercise keeps the BG and FBG levels low. However, carbs not closely linked to exercise allow the BG and often the FBG levels to climb.
