Dreamfields pasta

Finally tried Dreamfields pasta over the weekend. I was impressed, I couldn't detect any differences between it and regular pasta as far as taste and texture goes. It even passed the Sicilian mother-in-law test.

Best part was after a big bowl of the stuff (with my wife's carbonara sauce), my 2-hour post-prandial was 123.

Life is good, I no longer have to feel guilty about eating pasta.
