my walk is once around the block also! but living in the hills my block is about 3 miles around! and it is full of hills and slopes. in fact, there are not very many flat bits!

i think this adds to the intensity of the exercise.

now after i finish the walk i am doing sit ups and push ups as an anaerobic addition. this is all helping!
