| My BG results are fairly steady regardless of the time I exercise. I will do 8 min cardio warm up on eliptical, 30 min. weight lifting, and 8 min cardio cool down. I can seem my bg rise on my cgms almost imediatly upon the intial cardio. It continues to rise, 40-50 pts. total upon completion. It will stay there for hours unless I correct. I have started to take a pre workout bolous to account for this rise and it seems to work great. No post exercise lows. This will happen day, night, and weekends too. I believe it has to do with hormones released and how the body is utilizing the energy source.
