Can novolog and lantus make u gain weight?

Ok i take 20-30 units of novolog before meals usually 3 times a day. An 50 units of lantus in the morning. Is this considered alot of insulin and will it make we gain weight? When i took regular and nph i weighed 190 now 4 months in i weight 200lbs. I run 6 miles a day and lift weights. Any input would be appreciated.
