| Low Carb Pumpkin Mousse 1 can of plain pumpkin (not pie mix)
20 pkts of splenda or equivalent of stevia
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ground ginger
1/2 t gr. cloves
1 t. sea salt (or reg)
4 eggs
1 13oz can of coconut milk (I used both lite and reg)
Mix all well and pour into a deep pie dish and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
