| Thank Old man, let me know how the Alive V-caps go for you. I ordered two month's supply of Completia Diabetic Multi-vitamins and see how that goes for me. I don't take any multi-vitamins at the moment and I thought I could benefit a little from those Completia since its formulated for us Diabetics (supposedly). I am mostly interested full lineup of vitamins and the high dose of the B-Complex which might help me for a little energy boast.
