The weather is warm at +1c, the sun is out, there's no wind, and the roads are clear. I made the decision to hit the road. Of course I'm following a plan. I am soooo out of shape. I picked this one

I did day one ok. I definately felt it in my lungs and legs, but I got through it with little difficulty. One negative though. Near the end I noticed a streak in my eye

Another frickin bleeder. It didn't last long, so hopefully it's just another little spitter, my third this winter. I suppose I'd better see the Grunter tomorrow. pffft!
Gonna track my weight as I do this and report in weekly. I need some motivation.
