I've been doing a lot of jogging and weight training this past year and I still remember when I first started out, I just wanted to push the stop button after a few minutes. I could barely do the treadmill for more than 10 minutes now, I'm on it for 45 min at a time everyday then another 45 or some sort of weight resistance training. Keep going it only gets better and after the first month you can really feel the difference in how you feel.
