I agree those are good programs, and they work, and they are smart.

Making the mistake of trying to get back into running too fast usually ends up in something bad happening unless you're under 20 and heal like Wolverine.

I did a program like this last year and it really worked.. In about 2-3 months I was running 3 miles pretty comfortably.

I am surprised it's that warm in NB, but that's great! Something like -15 in Toronto today, and ice and snow everywhere.
