I got mine at a bulk food store called Scoop 'n Weigh. I'm not sure if it's a chain or not. I'm sure most health food stores would have most of the flours too, but they'd probably be quite expensive. It would be worth checking out any bulk food stores in your area.

Stuff like Almond Flour, you can make, though.....it's just ground almonds. Stick 'em in your food processor, mini chopper, or coffee grinder and go!
