1 1/2 cups of the already mixed slaw I get has 5 carbs (very few carrot pieces, mostly red and green cabbage). Today, at Sprouts (health grocery store) I found this calorie-free slaw dressing. No fat, no carbs, no gluten or cholesterol (200 mg sodium per serving). They have several other "calorie-free" dressings: made by Walden Farms. Now that makes some low-cal and carb slaw! I just had 3 cups of it & I'm full (10 carbs total).

Before that, to make slaw, I was using no-fat, 4 carb per serving mayo, a little lemon juice and splenda, which wasn't fancy but I liked it.
