1 cup of water
1\2 cup milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1\2 cup frozen blue berries
1 or two scoops choc.p.powder
This is my standard
One weight lifter (Hard core) makes a frozen spinach shake
OH ya and another SHE, yes; SHE has tried is a tin of tuna shake
I prefer to eat my tuna but I guess you would
have ta chew!!!!
