| I se a direct correlation. When I bicycle at night (3 or 4 hours
prior to sleeping, my BG drops a bit more overnight.
I take Lantus at HS and usually see an overnight 30-40 point drop with no exercise prior to HS. With exercise, I will see a 60-70 point overnight drop. This works fairly consistently, so
I can anticipate it with a snack prior to sleep.
