| Low Carb Cheese Cake I have not tried this but it sounds delicious....thought I would share with my forum friends.
Crust:
1 cup Chopped Pecans
3 TB Melted Butter
3 tsp Splenda
Filling:
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sugar Free Cool Whip
1/3 cup Splenda
Combine pecans, butter & splenda in mixing bowl. Press mixture into pie pan. Bake 10-15 mins (375)
Soften cream cheese, add splenda. Mix cool whip in completely. Pour on curst. Chill 3 hours.
Note: Can add lemon flavoring or other flavors. |
