CGMS Cost??

I am really interested in getting a CGMS--especially the Guardian Realtime System. Does anyone know how much this costs? I don't have insurance, but I'd be willing to pay the cash in order to avoid sticking my fingers a million times a day.

For those who use the CGMS, do you like it? Do you have to sink additional money into it for upkeep and operation?
