| I hope someone will try this and let us know if it really tastes like cheesecake. That's my very favorite, and I just bought a frozen one at Sam's yesterday -- hoping the carbs indicated for each slice will be manageable on an occasional basis. I've seen numerous recipes for cheesecake, all VERY Difficult -- requiring cooking in a water bath, etc, so had decided to never attempt one. This one sounds SO EASY, which, being a guy, is my number 2 requirement for ANY Recipe (#1 obviously is taste). Who will be the first taste-tester? |
