| I do.... I give myself two times a month to be me.... It is working great for me my last 7 day BS 96, 30 Day 104... I don't plan it, if something happens and I have been good for a week or two I enjoy myself. Next day jmp back on schedule and life goes on. I think of it as a reward to myself for losing weight, working out and having the big "D".
