TDD Less Than 16?

I was just reading a book (Using Insulin), in the chart at the back it doesn’t talk about a TDD less than 16, and I don’t believe that I am the only one. I have a TDD of 12.5 (Average, 0.5-2.5-2.5). I was just wondering if I am the only person who has a TDD less than 16 and I was wondering what your I:C ratios are?

I:C
1:46 Breakfast (this doesn’t make sense to me)
1:29 Lunch
1:25 Dinner (this makes sense to me)
