Doing the maths, you're eating 23g + 72g + 62g = 157g of carbs per day with only and you're putting in 7u of basal and 5.5u bolus. That's pretty tiny amounts
Mine seem to be changing all the time, but at the moment my average TDD is around 39u, 14u of which is basal. Ratios at the moment are 1:10 at breakfast and lunch, 1:11 with evening meal but ask my body next week and it will deny any of the above

Around 220-250g per day of carbs. Low for my body weight of 89Kg but I feel I'm quite some way from running on ketones
With your 1:46 at breakfast, have you tried a fasting test at that time of day to see what your BG does without food or bolus interaction? Is it possible that part of your breakfast is being helped out by excess basal? Even if it is, I wouldn't worry about any of it if you're keeping well and are happy with your numbers.
