I am 175cm and about 64kg (10stone/141pounds), yes i am active. Work out 3 times a week for a 1 to 1 and a half hours, play badminton for 2 hours a week and biking for 1-2hours a week. I think I should eat more in the evenings, so I might change things. My breakfast fasting BG is fine and my breakfast I:C appears to be fine as well such as 8:33am 4.7mmol/l (0.5units) and 11:17am 5.1mmol/l. I changed my lunch I:C to 1:33, things appear to work ok (had rice instead of bread). I guess I should stop worrying about being "weird"

and just get on with it; maybe I still have my honeymoon period although things are very unforgiving when I get them wrong.
