Oh my gosh ... I was actually right in my thoughts! YIPPEE!

What could cause a popping sensation in your legs and backside after walking on a treadmill?
In: Exercise

Answer
This sensation after exercise is a very healthy sensation, as it is caused by cellulite (small pockets of fat), popping and being dissolved. It is nothing to worry about, rather it is something you should be looking for as a reward after exercise, particularly if you have an excess amount of fat around the thigs and butt area.
