Sharon,

What meds are you taking? Have you tried varying the time of your evening meal? I have found the best time for me to eat is around 8-9pm and then take my Metformin 9-10pm, it made a big difference to my morning BG, bringing them down from 6.8 to below 6 each morning. That if get a good walk in during the day then my next morning's BG are way down. Weekend before last I was doing a lot of walking and each morning had BG down around 4.7-4.8.
