Yes, i'd definitely suggest seeing a urologist....I work in a urology group...and your complaint of frequency/urgency is one of our most common, and usually very easily treated complaints.

Again, it be an infection, as certain types such as E. coli and Pseudomonas (2 VERY common ones), are generally asymptomatic pain-wise and respond well to antibiotics. We find a lot of these on our yearly checkups and the patient doesn't even know he/she has an infection.

HCTZ 12.5 mg every other day for BP
Enalapril 20 mg 1 daily (ace-inhibitor)
Lower carb dieter (approx. 75 total carbs/day, more on weekends), taking chromium, multivitamin and fish oil tablets

11/06: 6.2.
03/07: 5.3
06/07: 5.4
10/07: 5.3
05/08: 6.2 (right after dealing with shingles and bronchitis)
