Could be your age. When I was in my twenties I saw serious age discrimination against anyone over 40! That company wanted your life (to own you); they were afraid they couldn't control the older folks, but could bribe the younger ones w/a good salary and position!

I don't think having type 1 diabetes has ever kept me from getting a job. Maybe I'm just ignorant, and don't know it happened! I don't think it's legal here to discriminate like that.
