Rob,

There are lots of people from Aus on the forum, they keep going on about vegimite!

It's good to see that you know what you need to do to take control of your diabetes so as to avoid the nasty things when you are older.

Initial A1c (14th Dec07): 11.6%
15th Jan'08: 9%
