I have also started taking 2 15 minute walk breaks (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and a 10-15 minute workout on the elliptical trainer every other day at home. I have not set a carb limit for my dinner yet, doing this 1 step at a time. I try to eat a smarter dinner. I figure if I cut my lunches in half, start more consistent exercise, I should be able to lose the weight in about 3 months. I do not want to do a hard specific diet, just trying to alter my lifestyle and eating habits.
No real reason to posting this, just wanted to tell someone.

Good Luck, The bread on the Subs would kill me! SubWay has a Low Carb Wrap the serve that is really good. I don't really do any kind of Diet either, just watch out for most carbs and always have a weekend or two a month that I treat myself and it keeps me on track for the rest of the month... GOOD LUCK!
