| grapes i havent really eaten grapes other than with a meal and just about to eat some as snack. according to my rather elementary GI book im going to be taking in about 12g of carb and low GI which indicates to me a unit of insulin at same time as i eat....what would anyone else do? it says low GI but theres plenty of simple sugars in there and not a hugely fibrous skin to slow the release?
