Grapes seemed to have been ok for me, and I was surprised as I thought they would have more of an impact. Most fruit I am ok with in moderation. I find frozen fruit can be a little trouble. Usually it is a strawberry/blackberry/rasberry/cherry mix, but I think what does it is the juices that drain out and seem to accumulate, as opposed to the fruits themselves. Fresh fruit I've been fine with. The exceptions for me would be a large banana (the really big ones), pineapple not in moderation, and dates. Dates have a really high GI, >100. I have found them good though to consume before exercise, or to treat a hypo.
