| I have to get back on track in losing weight. When I was first diagnosed, I went to see a nutritionist and she put me on 1200calories a day ( 30 carbs breakfast, 30 carbs lunch, 30 carbs dinner and 3 - 15 carb snacks). I was writing everything down that I ate so I can keep track of my carbs. It worked because I lost roughly 20 pounds. I also increased the # of days at the gym from 3 to 5 days a week. Lately though I have been finding myself slowly gaining some of the weight back. I have to confess as well that my gym time has dwindled down to 2 days a week. I need to get myself motivated again but I am having trouble with this. I don't know why.
I need some motivational help!!!
