| Good job, Glucoweb! I think Dave is right: you can certainly lose 15 pounds in 3 months. And as noted in another thread, sometimes, you just have to take baby steps to do it.
Even though my diet allows 1400-1600 calories and 150 carbs per day, I try to shoot for more like 1000-1100 calories and 100 carbs. Believe me: I can afford a lower calorie diet. I'm not in danger of wasting away ANY time soon. LOL.
